One of the delicious Jiro ramen shops in Maebashi.
It is Jiro inspire shop on the side of Shikishima Park. It is a relatively new shop, and the inside of the store is beautiful. It is also a point that it is not crowded and easy to enter and orders are early.Tomi Ramen Daimori (350g) I ordered garlic, vegetable mash, + char siu.
The soup is based on pork bone soy sauce, but the soy sauce is light and strong, and it is not very popular. The soup was clean and easy to eat, even though the back fat was floating.
The noodles were medium-thick noodles and were more modest and elegant than general Jiro.
The hardness of the noodles is soft-eyed and smooth, and there is a slight stiffness.
